It’s turned on in settings and I tried resetting my phone, but no luck. Anyone else experienced this before?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/395907"&gt;@Katrinaf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try turning iMessage off then reboot the phone. Then go back in and turn it on and see if it works. If not then reboot again. It was something like that I had to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
