Imsg not working

Hi everyone,

I recently got an esim and plan with public mobile, and now my imsg isn’t working. It’s turned on in settings and I tried resetting my phone, but no luck. Anyone else experienced this before?

Hey @Katrinaf

Try turning iMessage off then reboot the phone. Then go back in and turn it on and see if it works. If not then reboot again. It was something like that I had to do.

can you confirm if you can receive inbound calls? and can you make outbound calls?

if only iMessage trouble, remove phone number from iMessage settings, reboot and enter the number back.

To use iMessage, you need an available wi-fi or data.

Are you in a wi-fi area?

Is your mobile data toggled on, and do you have data - try searching something to see.
