Are the public points automatically applied?

With the move to public points, I was wondering if the points I get can still be automatically applied to discount my plan, or if I'll have to do that manually every month?

No they are not. You have to pay your full bill every month. When you accumulate the 15 points, then you have to manually sign into your account to redeem it towards your next bill.

@N_L-W No they are not unfortunately , now instead with points system you have to wait until you have 15 points to redeem $15 off you bill from the rewards portal

Not automatically. You actually have to convert minimum 15 points for $15 bill credit.

By redeeming 15 points on Lower Your Bill, you'll receive a $15 credit on your next bill. Lower Your Bill redemptions will be processed and visible in My Account within 24 hours.
