Hi there!

I can't open DOCX file from my email on my iPhone 7. No problem accessing the pptx and xlsx files though. What's going on?

please provide a fix.

Oh, hey! Public Mobile does not control which apps are on your iPhone.

Think of your phone as a tiny computer that needs apps to make information usable, such as email or docx files. Public Mobile only provides access to the Internet so you can download the apps and information; you can also use WiFi to download apps and information.

Since I'm here, I'll suggest that you review the app store offerings described in this older iSumsoft article.

You might need something like the Microsoft Word app installed on your phone if you don't already have it:

You should contact the mods team, they are God Almighty and can fix all phones problems too.

Attach your document

Press "Upload" button

Wait for docx file recovery.

@dyybuk if you haven't already, you'll need to reach out to Apple and/or Microsoft for help with this. Public Mobile has nothing to do with what files you can or can't open on your phone.

To be fair, he did post under phone and hardware and directed to the community not the mods, just that his tone "please provide a fix" could be better.
