      <description>&lt;P&gt;can someone tell me if billing and start date of new service are the same i signed up and paid on March 7th received sim card by mail on 15th had to pay again info said service was from Feb 14th to march 14th is this normal with public mobile ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you only paid for a PM sim, then you need to pay for your regular plan once you activate that new sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
