      <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to purchase another 15 days of calling, text and data for $30.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The response is "cannot process at this time".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also noticed that my account shows a total of $80.00 for my plan, which is almost double what it actually is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please review and correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
