Extra add-on data GB usage priority?

Hello,

I have an extra 1GB data add-on as well as the bonus 240GB data add-on that expires in 150 days. I was wondering if I exceed my current data plan, which add-on will be used up, will it use my 1GB extra add-on first or will it go start directly using the 240GB add-on?

hi @publicmobile115 CS agent answered me earlier saying once the regular data are used , the special bonus will be used before other add-on from before (those without expiry)

the new 150 day Bonus data will be used once your regular plan data is gone.

This is my concern also. I have bonus data left over from a previous gift which has no expiration. I want to be sure it is not used before this new bonus which carries a 150 day expiry. Otherwise the new bonus is not much use to me. I want to preserve the ongoing one for when I need it.

According to the Customer Support when I asked that question...the new 150 day Bonus data gets used as soon as regular plan data is exhausted, which saves the older Holiday gift data to be used later as it has no expiry date.
