Group text error: "Trouble sending. Check options"

Hello,

I receive a "Trouble sending. Check options" error when I try and send group text messages. I receive group texts find and can send mms and sms messages to individuals fine. I have restarted my phone and reset APNs to default but cannot fix the issue. Can anyone help?

HI @7jz

are you on Android? what phone you have ? some older phone might not have MMS working due to the age of the phone.

But try click reset All networks , the phone will try to get a new APN and see if it works

Yes it is Android and my phone is Xiaomi Mi A3. MMS just stopped working about a week ago and I didn't change anything so no clue. I will try resetting all networks.

try to update the APN. But first delete the current APN profile . Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensivitve and do not add extra spaces. Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try
