Hello again.

Seems people who are calling me get this often. This was the number I ported a few weeks ago from Telus. According to Telus the port went through. I'm thinking my next step will have to be a CS Agent to maybe reset my network?

But I would try and start with that first . Or if you have another phone you can test the SIM card in maybe give that a try to

Guess we'll find out after the weekend. If I'm still missing calls I'll reach out to CS Agent. However, I received a Winback offer from Telus so... will have till next week to decide.

Not sure if I'm there yet. I swapped SIM cards and will see if the problem persists. And if it does, I'll reach out to a CS Agent. If they feel it's a porting issue and then I can contact the porting team. But I have to admit, the offer Telus gave wasn't bad but wasn't good IMO. But the bonus offer, I kind of like. 🙂
