Why does Public Mobile not allow existing customers access to plans for new subscribers only? It irritates me that I’ve been a loyal customer and now someone that I referred gets a better plan than I have.

hi @Atilker mobile carriers do this all the time. But with PM, after couple weeks, they sometimes would lift the limit and allows it for existing subscribers to get the plan too. So, just wait and keep checking

Update… changed carriers. It was way simpler than I expected. I’m typically a loyal customer but I’ll be shopping around from now on. Got the plan I was trying to get from PM plus a $50 gift card.
