Click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are activating online, you need to activate on the PM app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both the app and online want me to complete the payment again, there is nothing to activate.&amp;nbsp; My card has been charged once.&amp;nbsp; I was skeptical about switching providers, it was well founded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
