I subscribed to canada-us plan. It took 10 days for my physical sim to arrive. Then I activated it after a day. Question - when does my billing cycle start? Is it on the day I subscribed to the plan or the day I actually activated my physical sim?

The plan starts on the day that you confirmed that you received the SIM card and finished the activation process.

Hey, it starts the day, the subscriptions starts & you can see it on the website or the mobile app!

As soon as you activate your sim, billing date begins. I know it confuses lots of people.
