      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a similar issue when I signed up. You can private message a CS agent and they will help you with ur issue via email responses. You get an email notification when they respond.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you get a text from Koodo saying you need to sent a text saying yes for the number transfer? That’s the last step and it has a time limit of 90 min.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That’s the last step and it has a time limit of 90 min.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;When there's an activation error, a customer wouldn't actually want to reply to Koodo's authorization for porting text message.&amp;nbsp; Doing that would actually cause the customer to lose all access (temporarily) to the phone number.&amp;nbsp; The Public Mobile activation issue needs to be sorted out first (which isn't a number porting issue).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
