I need assistance. I'm am locked out of my account now for over 24 hours. i got locked out after one login in attempt with a message that said I had exceeded the number of login attempts. How do I get this resolved. I had to create a new community account to post this as I also couldn't log in to my original community account.

You can submit through the chat bot and ask for a Cs agent. In the field where it asks what about then put in the information about being locked out.

You can also wait the 24 hours to get back into your account.
