      <title>I never receive communication emails from Public Mobile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm affected by the forced transfer to the new points system, and the &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/move-to-public-points" target="_self"&gt;Help Article&lt;/A&gt; says I should have received an email. In fact, I haven't received&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;any&lt;/STRONG&gt; emails from Public Mobile. Aside from one confirmation email to sign up, one welcome survey after I signed up, one confirmation/welcome email to the community, and one password reset email, I have never received other communication. I only get text messages. Is this normal? Do I have to update settings somewhere to receive communication by email? I have had the same email address since joining Public Mobile, so yes, I can confirm that my email is correct and I'm looking in the right inbox. Nothing has gone to spam either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/322397"&gt;@Coryl1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think that Public mobile is finished with sending either email or text yet.&amp;nbsp; I received a couple of email yesterday and one text this morning.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you login into your self service account or app, there is also a pop up with information about the rewards migration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have there been email communications aside from the points change? I'm concerned that I've missed out on important communications because their email system isn't working. I don't want this to devolve into taking about the change in loyalty system, because that's not my concern; my concern is if I haven't been receiving emails when I should have been.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
