      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had previously asked if I could go back to my old phone number and was told to check with my former carrier. They have reactivated my old number to allow this to happen. Could I please switch to my old number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
