Recieving private number calls

I have been able to get landline or regular phonecalls from people, but if it is a private number, I dont recieve it. It would go to voicemail.

How do I fix this?

Most likely you have enabled 'reject unknown caller' in your phone.
So, if phone number is not visible phone will reject call.

hi @Incogka iPhone or Android? Check if you have "Silent unknown caller"

Hi @Incogka

If you have an android phone, go into phone, settings and check this. If it's colored or orange it's will block unknown callers. Move the slider to the other side to be grey like mine and you should be receiving them.

Was unable to find the settings even after some research, was never like this with my previous provider, Freedom Mobile, but everything seems good now. Thank you
