My old plan will be change?

I got messages from public mobile about every one which used old rewards points have to change to new rewards points in May!I just want to know I took the $13 /month plan will be keep same plan or will be change to another plan?thanks

@Shirly19 You will keep you plan . But you will lose the $2 auto pay and $5 loyalty rewards .

and it will be replaced with 10 points a year for loyalty and get 5% back on plan spend .

once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off you bill . This will effectively cost you an extra $50-60 a year . Not good at all

your regular plan will continue...it's just your Rewrads will be gone and Points will be your new reward.

but plan will be the same

How much rewards you are getting now?? you should have $2 autopay , which will become just 5% points back. You should have have $5 loyalty per renewal , which will become just 10 points once a year

but if you have friends referrals discount, that would stay same but given in points

for the new system, you will have to pay each renewal in full payment first. You redeem for $15 bill credit after you collect and save to 15 points

So does this mean that on top of getting lesser reward value, I'll have to log in every month to redeem my points value?

@0utc4st Yes now you have the added work of having to wait u til you have 15 points to redeem $15 off you bill now .

I'm guessing there are no plans to automate this process in the near future or to improve the app to make it easier.

@0utc4st They actually just did a update on the app couple days ago . But still no way to make redeeming points any better . Will they in the future maybe . But I won’t hold my breath im sure we will see another price hike before they start to fix anything if at all

i have a question about the loyalty reward please, i have $4 each month,going to reach 5 years in June. .how this is going to work and calculated once the new reward kicked in?(I understand you get $10 after 12 month), does that mean I lost $48 (almost 60 after June) each year?

I am on $15 only, so my new reward is 75 cents plus my $6 referral( i am pretty sure more people leaving , i used to have 12 referals)
