    <description>&lt;P&gt;To date, I also have not received any communication either&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":frowning_face:"&gt;☹️&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wrote them, and they wrote back saying to wait. They have lots to send out and can not be rushed or asked for the email ahead of MY scheduled time!?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have no idea how much 'bonus' special thanks I will be getting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM said they will email everyone by Mar 8 (then changed to Mar 12) about the rewards changes, then will be sent an SMS with the data bonus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a long issue with PM where they have never sent me an email in the last 4-5 years.&amp;nbsp; They keep saying some customers are only contacted by SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I manage 4 family accounts and with regards to the rewards changes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 accounts received emails but no SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 account received only SMS, no email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and my account received neither.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have never opted out of emails or SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ask PM to state their logic for contacting customers.&amp;nbsp; Why some by email and some by SMS, and some never?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar in my case,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 accounts: &amp;nbsp;2 email and 2 texts confirmation. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you login into your account either via app or website, you will also get a pop up message informing about the upcoming changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did not get any email nor SMS from PM regarding bonuses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM said it will send those notifications in batches so maybe we should be a patient. Some people report they received such notes so it looks like PM is doing something but VERY slow.&lt;BR /&gt;Like how difficult is to can get emails from active accounts and send an emails/SMS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
