I recently signed up for an account and ordered an esim. I now learn that my new phone does not accept eSim.

I haven't activated my account yet. Can I still activate it if I go purchase a physical SIM card to use instead of the esim?

You can get them at amazon for $5 and or Mobile Klinik / Telus / Koodo stores for $10.

If you already ported, contact CS_Agent with the details.

⬇️ Click the link for an Agent * ⬇️

https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/xYpc_I

If the link above doesn’t work, please go here to create a ticket to CS_Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

* - CS_Agent will typically get back to you within 48 hours. You will be required to login to your Public Mobile Community Account to contact CS_Agent.

Thank you!

I haven't ported yet. I haven't even tried to activate the esim yet.I 'll order a sim card from Amazon. My new phone won't be here until next week anyway.

So I just put the card into my phone and then activate my account with the QR code?

If it still asks you to continue activation, there may be a chance to go back 1 step and enter the new SIM card number.

Also, don't use the QR code in the email, that is the eSIM code.
