      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’d like to switch to the new plan of $24/month 4GB data at 4G speed but it says the promotion is for new activations only. &amp;nbsp;Would I be able to get it? &amp;nbsp;Since I’m with public mobile for a long time, should it be awarded to royal customers. &amp;nbsp;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
