      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid once and got billed directly to my VISA. I subscribed to another plan thinking that it is an upgrade but got billed again. I don't know who to talk to to resolve this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
