how do I find customer support?

trying to subscribe..port request did not go through..now cant contact customer support to te;ll them to send request again.

What is their "address" on this group. CS_Agent does not work

For Customer support, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

that is what I have been doing..goes to error 404 or forbidden access.

Is customer support down??

I needed support recently and it was a PITA to find but once I did, the response was quick and helpful. I used Chatbot to "Submit a Customer Support Ticket" followed the link and everything went smoothly from there... good luck. (Clear cache if you get any page not found errors)
