    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recommend that you open a ticket using the Chatbot&amp;nbsp;at the bottom right corner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Firstly, type Contact,&lt;BR /&gt;then select the only choice: "Contact..",&lt;BR /&gt;then from the list, choose "Other"&lt;BR /&gt;finally click link the blue link to submit a ticket&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Another page will open and follow the steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox (the top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logging into my account says I need to confirm my full access. Says it will send a 6 digit code associated with my eversafe ID to my ohone number, however it is sending to an incorrect phone number. I have no idea whose number it is being sent to. I'm unable to proceed any further. I'm not able to login to change the ohone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no other option other then resend code which it resend to wrong ohone number again. No option to select choose email&lt;/P&gt;</description>
