App Version 2.0

I was just prompted to update my app. The new version does not have the “inbox” option in Support anymore… so they seem to have completely taken away the ability to chat with a live person! Am I missing something?

on the app, click support at the bottom, then you can contact support by using "Chat with an Agent"

As you to the inbox, you will have to come back to the Community using the web browser to check your inbox

Yeah, great app

but the app can never access Community and Community inbox.. even the old version
