    <description>&lt;P&gt;My unlimited incoming and outgoing picture messaging has not been working for at least a week. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My unlimited incoming calls no longer shows in my plan instead it now shows that I am only subscribed for 100 airtime monthly minutes.&amp;nbsp; I am upset that PM changed my plan without sending me any notification.&amp;nbsp; If it is an error on your self-serve, please correct it immediately to my OLD plan which included unlimited incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, what telephone hardware does PM support now? Their website no longer has this information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
