      <description>&lt;P&gt;I manage accounts for a few seniors. Would CCTS accept complaints if I filed on their behalf? Or would I have to create a new forum ID for each of them and send individual messages to CS agents before filing complaints with CCTS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
