      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no way to log into my account and no one can help me get into it. How do I remove my credit card so i dont get billed for something i cant use? Do i have to get my bank to cancel my credit card?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am assuming your Email is correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having issues login to your account. Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket to an agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you not cancel the services, should be able to reset the PW, unless you already canceled it, if yes, i thank you done't need to, Public mobile will not charge you on canceled account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can log in with my email and password. The problem is it just takes me to a screen saying my account activation couldnt be completed. Theres no way to access anything else. I cant see account details or billing info. Just the same screen over and over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is possible if all else fails that you can call your bank and tell them to remove public mobile from the automatic payments (if they are automatic) but I think support could help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also had troubles -except I couldn't renew service - I tried on my cell phone several times - but finally using a laptop worked for me. It could be your device glitching out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
