I just need @CS_Agent to dm me asap to help me out there was an issue and my provider says you guys have to confirm by midnight if not I'm screwed + I can't call and get messages pls help urgently @CS_Agent

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

We are all members like you helping each other. You will need to click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you to restart the porting process.

Submitting a ticket will not result a phone call from customer service. All support is provided online.
