US Plan Text and Data Work, Talk does not

Im Florida, paid for a talk, text, and data plan, but the talk won't work. Roaming is on, and have restarted the phone. Last time I traveled to the US, the add-on worked and was great. This time, I can text and use data, but no talk. I've had this problem before. I need this escalated quickly as I'm obligated to have phone access for work while away, but, I guess the best I can do is post this publicly?

Manually connect to the AT&T or T-Mobile network for your roaming to work in the Cellular Data Option. Also, enable VoLTE.

if the cellphone is not volte enabled by PM, you need to be able to drop to 2G for calling....and only T-Mobile will work. If you have a volte enabled phone, you have access to either T-Mobile or AT&T. Make sure to select 4G in network settings and NOT 5G.

This basically worked. I can use T-Mobile for calls, and AT+T for data.
