I got charged $32.48 on Feb 25th, I switched to a new subscription on March 4th, and was charged again the full amount of $38.08. I was hoping to get a credit for the partial month on my old subscription, not sure why it wasn't applied to my account. I hope I can get a partial credit. Thanks

You needed to choose change plan on renewal date. You chose change immediately. They usually won’t refund but you can try.

You won’t be charged for the old plan and new plan if you switch on your next renewal date but if you switch Now. You will be charged for both plans.

Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service so no refund. Live and learn.
