I have read that you can redeem 15 points for a $15 bill credit.

Is there any system quirk that will prevent 15 points from being converted to dollars....like your current balance exceeds your next payment, etc.

Can you redeem 20 points for a $20 bill credit?

If not, can you redeem multiple 15 points for multiple $15 bill credits one after another?

@SeniorCitizen Has to be 15 points for $15 bill credit and you. Can do multiple nominations of 15($15) increments only towards the bill

You can also submit a ticket and depending on your luck an agent may do it for you. YMMV
