      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh no! That's such an annoying mistake, I've been there with emails too. If you can't recover the email I think you'll have to open a ticket through the chatbot here for customer service to resend it. It could take a day or so for them to get to your ticket unfortunately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Ended up figuring it out… had my SIM card in too and the profile for the eSIM was already activated but wasn’t turned on under cellular.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
