      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just joined Public Mobile and subscripted the following plan during the March 4th promotion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;50 GB within Canada and US Data at 5G Speed, with Canada and US-wide minutes and messaging&lt;/STRONG&gt;. However, after I received the SIM card and started activation, I found the plan in my account had been changed to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Canada-only data and minutes&lt;/STRONG&gt;. How could I fix this problem? Thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
