    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get *some* calls, but not most. I've had my parents and my in-laws both complain about me not answering/calling back, but unless they leave a voicemail, I don't know that they've called.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My girlfriends calls to me seem to come through every time, though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issues since joining PM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I've been with PM for a little over a week now, coming from Koodo, and I've been having very odd issues since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) I don't receive most phone calls. For example, for my 2FA to login to this account, I recieved a notification about a voicemail, but I have no missed calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Text messages are severely delayed sometimes. In testing, anywhere from 1-4 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) All phone calls end up in the other person sounding like a robot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Koodo and Telus, I only ever had the odd call end in a robotic voice, but no other issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on a Pixel 7 Pro, if that matters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something I can do to fix these problems?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For anyone else who may have the same issues, my problem was fixed my creating a Ticket and having CS refresh my profile. I suggest you do the same!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
