    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the phone was used with a different carrier before, you may need to do a network reset. Do you know how to do that? If so, just go into network settings and reset then restart phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I setup a new account and purchased a new sim.&amp;nbsp; But the status of public mobile is showing (temporarily unavailable).&amp;nbsp; And I cannot call or text&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I installed the app and if appeared to work..&amp;nbsp; the only thing when I tried to login it wanted .&amp;nbsp; Full access to something and would send me a code to the new number but it didn't work..&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can't make or recieve phone calls or texts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd still try a network reset and restart your phone. Sometimes it can be a little finicky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, did you try your SIM card in a different phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
