      <description>&lt;P&gt;after a day of no sms not being able to text send or receive, and 24hrs no response from an agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my next step is to switch providers, hoiwever I just renewed for 3 months, will PM refund me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's prepaid, so technically they don't have to but if you just signed up they may. If you've already contacted customer service all you can do now is wait, since that's who you need to ask.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phil_Adelphus&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes been on just over a&amp;nbsp; month,&amp;nbsp; recently switched to the 90 day subscription, (text stopped working first day, Friday)&amp;nbsp; Ive tried everything, clear cache, reset network, removed sim, and tried in a different phone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have two tickets in now for past 24 hrs for an agent, no reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
