Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday&amp;nbsp;9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET);&amp;nbsp;Saturday - Sunday&amp;nbsp;9AM (ET) - 7PM (ET).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone has stopped working,&amp;nbsp;try an application like that from &lt;A href="http://fongo.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;fongo.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully they can fix it before leaving for&amp;nbsp;the day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have never had a problem with service since 2011. I recently transfer from legacy to a plan.&amp;nbsp; Today i am seeing no sim card .I have a Sim card. Have not changed anything..&amp;nbsp; any one understand this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I asked too fast lol. It wad a cache bug. I cleared cache&amp;nbsp; and works. Thanks. Wow quivk reply. Still super happy with service &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; faster then going in store lol&lt;/P&gt;</description>
