      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/297698"&gt;@michael-wei2024&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it could be a problem with the VoLTE.&amp;nbsp; I doubt you can do that, but check the network mode and see if you can change it to 3G and test some calls and see if it is any better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try your sim card in another phone if possible&amp;nbsp; This can force a sim reprovision, it might or might not help, try it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
