Phone always goes straight to voicemail.. data does not work. Need a moderator to help please

90% of incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Paying for data services and has never worked.
Please help.

@rads Check you have not accidently blocked incoming calls, or turned on "Do Not Disturb".

Login to your account and see whether data still shows under Plans and add-ons. If not there, you've used all the data allowance or it's not part of your plan.

All settings have been checked. Even bought a new phone still no luck.
