      <title>text messaging not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can receive calls but cant send / receive a text&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been a customer for month now all was good,&amp;nbsp; just changed to 3 month subscription, now text sms does not work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/392242"&gt;@Confuzed&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try a reboot of your phone. &amp;nbsp;If that does not work, network reset of phone (note- this will erase any saved wifi passwords).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try your SIM card in another working phone. &amp;nbsp;This will help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
