    <description>&lt;P&gt;The announcement says that emails for those on the Rewards Program prior to January 2022 will receive an email with a special thank you by March 8 with the details.&amp;nbsp; Bonus data to be applied to account my March 31.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I myself have not received any email yet.&amp;nbsp; Are you sure you qualify for the offer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messaged them today and asked about the email and was told they are still in the process of sending out the communication and can take several more weeks. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":upside_down_face:"&gt;🙃&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; not what the announcement said.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
