      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to port my number from koodo with the app. my account is now stuck on subscription not activated, and when i try to resume activation on the website it gives me an error page. I never received an SMS, and activation failed in under 5 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I get support to activate my account manually?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
