Thank you! I had tried the turn it off turn it on again routine but this time I left it off for about 15 minutes. And it works!

I have a Canadian phone with the USA plan. I am currently in the United States and yesterday I got a pop up telling me my calls were disabled. Everything was working perfectly until yesterday. Now I am not able to call out or receive calls. My payments are up to date. Any suggestions? Thank you.

HI @LoriLindholm

many got this since yesterday. Not sure if it is a roaming issue only or i think it affects people in Canada too

try reboot phone

if you need to make calls, test connect to T-Mobile and uses 2G on network mode (or if not there, leave with Automatic)

@LoriLindholm This happened to a number of people yesterday, my guess is that something went wrong with VoLTE, people in Canada who had the pop-up alert found their phones dropping to 3G on voice calls which is typical when there's no VoLTE. That won't work in the US because there is no 3G network any more. So if you can't drop to 2G on T-Mobile as @hTideGnow suggested maybe you would want to contact customer service and get an update on what's going on. Open a ticket with the chat message icon bottom right or if that doesn't work then send a private message to support using this link

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
