    <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you sign up?&amp;nbsp; I signed up on Monday and didn't start getting emails/texts from PM until like Wednesday morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, for some reason, I do not receive any texts or emails from PM. For example, support tickets - no emails, account changes - nothing, promotional texts - nothing. I see my wife getting all the seasonal data rewards etc etc...but I get zero. The only texts I get are when I log into my account, and get a pass code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support says they have "reset my account, and see no issues", I dont have any blocked numbers or contacts relating to PM. I also don't see any option in my profile related to texts or email setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark S&lt;/P&gt;</description>
