      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to port in.&amp;nbsp; When I try to activate, I receive this error:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try again, it looks back to the same error page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried from two computers and different browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me completing my activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
