      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you had a plan at Public Mobile more than 90 days ago, the account would have been closed by now.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, that type of caes, you can only choose from the plans that are currently offered to new customers.&amp;nbsp; You would also have to purchase a new sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or did you change your plan previously and would like the one you had before back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
