      <title>Defective SIM card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have transfered my phone from FIDO to Public mobile without issues. however when I moved my wife's number over her new SIM recieved today is working (not being recognized. I have confirmed that the SIM is defective as it does not work on my phone as well my SIM work's fine in my wife's phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been tring to contact anyone from Public Mobile but it seems as there are no customer support agents at Contact Center.&amp;nbsp; so far it has not been a positive experince as I have tried to work through this for the last 90 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to contact an agent in order to get a new SIM card; please advise ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
