      <title>Failed Number Change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a provisioning problem currently? My number change was successful on my account however I cannot make or receive calls. I am not transferring a number, I simply changed my number due to spam calls. When I try to call my new number from another phone it says that I number is not in service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;My phone which was working no longer works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve already sent a ticket and messaged CS_Agent but this isn’t an isolated incident. There are posts popping up with similar issues. This needs to be addressed ASAP as my phone isn’t working right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-iMac&lt;/P&gt;</description>
