Public Mobile turned off LTE calling message

My phone died and i charged it. When it restarted I got a pop up message saying, “Public Mobile has turned off LTE calls on your account.” What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Ok, I asked 1/2 a dozen friends that have PM too and they haven’t gotten the same message, at least not yet.

I got that too. Funny part, I got it as I was talking to Telus Winback. LMAO. Even funnier, they never tried to call me back. Oh well. My phone is working now.

Does it switch you to 3G as soon as you call?

OK...wide spread then ! I got the same message...LTE has been turned off by PM.

It killed the Bluetooth on iPhone and I got the message after a reboot. 🙄
