      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/390782"&gt;@Sam_kw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have? model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check&amp;nbsp; the network mode on your phone?&amp;nbsp; is it on Automatic?&amp;nbsp; try that first, if not working, try changing to 4G/LTE first and then try 5G (or 5G ON)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If speed is still not good, can you run a speed test and tell us how bad it is ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
